Lisa is employed by MCGT and started her Part Time traineeship in Hospitality Certificate II on 01/12/08. Lisa is hosted by Box Fish Cuisine at Forster where she was trained on the job and was assessed during the traineeship by Ken Oldfield from North Coast Institute Tafe. Lisa completed her traineeship 14 months earlier than contracted on 12/03/2010 due to her passion and dedication to her job.
MCGT, Michael Davison and Box Fish owners, Jan Kelly & Chris Deland, are very proud of Lisa and what she has achieved. Lisa has also been nominated and has secured an interview for the 2010 NSW Training Awards later in the year.
